In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification, proof of income and proof of rental payments. A  (600+) credit score or better is required JOB STABILITY, AND PREVIOUS VERIFIABLE RENTAL HISTORY(CANCELLED CHECKS , MONEY ORDER STUBS, OR BANK STATEMENTS. ALL EVICTION FILINGS  IN THE LAST SEVEN YEARS WILL NEED TO BE DISCLOSED and ADDRESSED WHETHER IT RESULTED IN A JUDGMENT or DISMISSAL.

***ALL properties require at least one month security deposit(which is the same as THE FIRST MONTHLY RENT) and FIRST MONTH RENT. If allowed, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per each pet and $25 additional per pet a month.

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that all properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rent amount. Two years of job history is required. You will be required to upload two(2) current pay stubs, previous three(3) months bank statements if self-employed, drivers license or identification card, and any other information deemed necessary to facilitate your rental approval.

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
